Organizational Leadership Essentials
Dr. Augustine Eta is the President and founder of Pentecostal Fire Ministries, INC, located in Lanham, Maryland. He also serves as an Information Technology Cybersecurity Specialist in the Cybersecurity Detection and Monitoring branch under the Cyber Defense and Operation Division at the office of the chief information officer at the USDA. He has also taught history at Government High School Eyumojock, English High School Yaoundé, and Oxford Comprehensive High School Yaoundé, where he was the Head of Department before leaving for the USA as a graduate Exchange to Dickinson College Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
About the Author
Dr. Augustine Eta is the President and Founder of Pentecostal Fire Ministries, INC., based in Lanham, Maryland. In addition to his pastoral leadership, he serves as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist at the USDA, working in the Cybersecurity Detection and Monitoring branch.
Dr. Eta’s career spans teaching history at Government High School Eyumojock, English High School Yaoundé, and Oxford Comprehensive High School Yaoundé, where he was Head of the Department before moving to the U.S. as a graduate exchange scholar at Dickinson College, Pennsylvania.
He holds a Ph.D. from Columbia International University Cook School of Business and three master’s degrees, including a Master of Science in Information Technology and Homeland Security Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Dr. Eta is married to Judith Eta, and they have three children: Michael, Reunion, and Delight.
